Gravy making: To make the gravy, you will need ingredients like butter, oil, ginger garlic paste, ground tomatoes, chopped onion, cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi powder, coriander powder, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamoms, chopped green chilies, cashew nuts, whipped cream, whipped yoghurt, sugar and salt.

2. Marinating: For marinating, you would require ½ kg chicken (bone or boneless), whipped yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and chili powder.
