- red kidney beans - 1/2 cup
- virgin olive oil - three tbsp
- cumin seeds - one tsp
- Well chopped ginger - one tbsp
- tomato puree - one cup
- garam masala powder - one tsp
- Sliced coriander leaves - three tbsp
- Red chilli powder - one pinch
- roasted oats - one cup
- Asafoetida - one pinch
- Garlic paste - one tbsp
- grated onion - one
- tomato ketchup - two tbsp
- Well chopped green chilli - one
- low fat yoghurt - one tbsp
- Salt - two pinches
Step 1) In a non-stick vessel, pour olive oil & add a pinch of cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger and garlic.
Step 2) Then drop onions & saute finely.
Step 3) Drop the tomato puree, chilli powder, tomato ketchup, green chillis, salt and garam masala.
Step 4) When the masala begins to leaves sides, drop whipped yoghurt, mashed kidney beans and coriander. Cook for five mins.
Step 5) Allow it to cool for a while. Add roasted oats into it & combine properly, allow it to cool.
Step 6) Then, make elongated kebabs from the mix.
Step 7) Pierce skewers in them & bake for ten mins.
Step 8 ) Serve it hot along with green chutney.
