Keema Paratha is a tasty food acts like soul dish for keema as well as paratha fans for sure. It is filled with spicy mutton & we could have it with veg raita on side. There are a few lessons that you must keep in mind when you make the stuffed parathas. Initially, the the continuity of dough must be almost same as the filling & secondly the quantity of filling must also be same as the dough amount. Press your parathas with potato masher or spoon back to make them crispy. Keep these things in mind to churn out the delicious stuffed parathas in kitchen.

Ingredients for Keema Paratha:
  • flour-2 1/2 cup 
  • water-1 1/2 cup
  • salt-1 teaspoon 
  • minced lamb-1 cup
  • wheat flour-2 tablespoon
  • melted ghee-1 cup
  • flour-2 tablespoon
Preparing Keema Paratha:

1) Combine 1 1/2 cups or more water with flours (all purpose & wheat), Pouring water a slight at a time to prepare a smooth dough. Knead finely.

2) Cover & leave for two hrs. Knead again with more flour if you find stickiness in dough.

3) Make balls (like sixteen to eighteen) from the dough. Roll every ball to a moderate round.

4) Dab melted ghee everywhere. Roll from 1 end of the other in long rope like roll.

5) Twist round & round in a tight coil. Roll out flat another time, dusting with flour if it looks sticky.

6) Roll little thin like a roti. Spread the minced meat everywhere, with the edges unclosed.

7) Roll out other paratha & cover the 1st one. Press down the sides to keep them along.

8) Heat a tawa & place the filled paratha on it. Reduce heat to moderate & cook the paratha on each sides until golden & crisp, applying ghee on the sides for their flakiness.

9) Detach & keep in foil until needed. Do it again with the others.

10)  Distribute hot with the side dishes of you wish.
