Ingredients for Garlic Naan:
 
For The Dough:
  • Melted butter - Two tsp
  • Baking powder - Two tsp
  • Garlic paste - Two tsp
  • water as per requirement
  • Curd (Yoghurt) - 4 tsp
  • Sieved all-purpose flour - 2 cup
  • Salt - 4 pinches
For Garnishing:
  • Sliced coriander leaves - 2 handful 
  • Butter - 4 tsp
How to prepare Garlic Naan:
 
Step 1) For preparing this simple naan recipe, take a big bowl & mix maida (all purpose flour) with baking powder and salt. Combine them all together. Then add curd, melted butter, coriander leaves, water and garlic paste in the vessel.
 
Step 2) Knead the flour properly to a thick, pliable dough & allow it to rest for around thirty mins. Form small balls of the dough & roll them out in little circles or as desired. Brush the top with slight water.
 
Step 3) To cook this tasty Garlic Naan, heat a tawa on the moderate flame & place the ready naan onto it. Cook each side until light brown spots begin to appear on them. Now brush the top with slight butter and sprinkle a few coriander leaves on the naan. Have it hot with a curry of your preference.
 
Step 4) Mostly made in the times of celebrations and parties, the list of curries to have along with garlic naan are endless... but also it pairs superbly along with Butter Chicken, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhni, and Malai Kofta.
